Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Provisions, Accounting & Invoicing

Calculate income as per agreed terms
Ensure income accounting and invoicing as per SOPs and GST compliance.
Posting receipt entries and miscellaneous bank entries

2. Review, Compliance & Documentation

Ensure appropriate documentation in terms of signed copies of agreements for income billed to vendor
Collect and monitor No Due Certificates (NDC) from vendors on a half-yearly basis with monthly tracking.

3. MIS & Audit Support

Follow up with category teams and vendors to ensure timely recovery of invoices, additional promotions, business support amounts, and other vendor-related dues
Provide accurate data for internal/statutory audits; respond to auditor queries in a timely manner

4. Vendor Reconciliations

Review and reconcile trade payables and vendor receivables.
Revert to vendors on TDS and GST related recoveries / deductions.
Reconcile TDS deducted on income

Key Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Working knowledge of accounting, provisions, GST, TDS, TCS, and compliance.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
