Hiring: QA Anesthesia Coder| Corro Health| Noida

Role: Quality Analyst (QA) Anesthesia Coding
Salary: Best in Market
Experience: 36 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality audits for Anesthesia coding cases
Validate time-based coding, modifiers, and documentation accuracy
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer-specific rules
Identify errors and provide structured feedback to coders
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive quality improvement
Track audit scores and maintain quality reports
Collaborate with training and operations teams

Eligibility Criteria:

Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS
Experience: 36 years in Anesthesia coding with QA/Auditing experience
Strong knowledge of Anesthesia guidelines, CPT, modifiers (AA, QK, QX, etc.)
Good understanding of documentation and compliance standards
Strong analytical and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1/2-month notice period preferred

Willing to work from office (Noida location)
