Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 0.6 to 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 0.6 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring, strong client handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring requirements efficiently
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and business requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollouts and negotiation processes
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Proven experience in C2H hiring and client handling
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
- Experience in consultancy/staffing firms is an added advantage
Key Requirements:
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period highly preferred
- Willingness to work from office (Bengaluru location)
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
