Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in current accounts, saving accounts, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business prospects through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer retention rates and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales principles and practices.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
