Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our healthcare operations team. The role focuses on examining, validating, and maintaining provider credentialing documents, with a strong preference for experience in dental provider credentialing and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process credentialing documents from healthcare providers (licenses, certifications, contracts, etc.).
Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Coordinate with dental providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
Maintain accurate credentialing records and databases.
Support credentialing audits and re-credentialing activities.

Requirements:

Prior experience in provider-side credentialing, preferably within dental claims or dental networks.
Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing guidelines and documentation standards.
High attention to detail with good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet defined turnaround times.
