Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate resolutions.
Work on various front-office client tools as required for different queues.
Understand customer issues received via calls and act accordingly.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
Continuously upgrade process knowledge as required.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong comprehension skills ability to clearly understand customer concerns.
Good composition skills clear and grammatically correct communication.
Neutral accent with good voice clarity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.

Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply

Must be comfortable working in a Voice Process
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
