Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field. Banking/ Insurance experience must be added an advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
