Hiring Estimator Engineer (US Projects) Take-off Software + AutoCAD (Ahmedabad On-site).
Company: Artelye Marble & Granite (USA-based Company) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site Only)
Night shift (5PM to 2AM IST),
Commercial/Multi-family projects, strong take-off + scope skills required.
Salary: As per Industry Standards (Based on Experience & Skills)
Key Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
Software / Tools:
- Take-off software (PlanSwift / Bluebeam / OST / similar) Strong proficiency required
- AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- MS Excel (Advanced)
Technical Skills:
- Quantity Take-off & Estimation
- Blueprint reading and architectural drawing interpretation
- Finish schedules and scope detailing
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Stone/Countertop Fabrication (Granite, Quartz, Marble)
- Laminated edge details, backsplash scope, fabrication awareness
- Large-scale Multi-unit Residential & Commercial construction projects
Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and deadline execution
- Team leadership / mentorship
- Professional English communication

Critical Requirement: READ BEFORE APPLYING:
- This is NOT a field/site execution role.
- We are looking for a Take-off / Estimation Team Member / Team Leader.
- Candidates with only site supervision experience will not be considered.
- Must be comfortable working Night Shifts to align with U.S. headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Review: Analyse drawings and project specifications to identify stone/countertop scope.
- Accurate Take-offs: Perform precise measurements for countertops, backsplashes, and edge details using take-off software.
- Scope Management: Define clear project scopes to eliminate mistakes before bidding.
- Mentorship: Train and guide junior estimators to maintain high-quality proposals and accuracy standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate directly with US-based leadership to meet tight bid deadlines.
Qualifications (Must Have)
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3+ years in Civil Estimation (Stone/Countertop industry preferred)
- Project Background: Multi-family / Commercial estimation experience preferred
- Work Mode: 100% On-site (Ahmedabad). No WFH / Hybrid
