Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services (Housekeeping, Technical Services, HVAC, Security, etc.)
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business contracts
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and corporate partners
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and cost estimations
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for service delivery alignment
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Handle contract negotiations and closures
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
