Role & responsibilities
Identify and onboard travel agents/agencies to build a strong partner network
Develop and manage a pipeline of travel agents for consistent business growth
Understand and promote holiday packages (pricing, itineraries, offers, etc.)
Communicate key USPs effectively to travel agents and customers
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
Conduct training sessions for travel agents on products and destinations
Drive lead generation through the travel agent network
Convert leads into bookings by guiding agents/customers
Track performance of travel agents and improve conversion rates
Build long-term partnerships with new and existing accounts
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and revenue flow
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of active revenue-generating travel agent accounts
Monthly/quarterly revenue from holiday packages
Lead generation and conversion rates
Network expansion and engagement levels
Preferred candidate profile
Willingness to travel and work in a field role
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Basic proficiency in Excel, email communication, and CRM/Apps
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
