CTC: Up to 8 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Demand Manager to drive growth in the holiday packages segment. The role involves building strong relationships with travel agents, generating leads, and ensuring conversion into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard travel agents/agencies to build a strong partner network
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of travel agents for consistent business growth
  • Understand and promote holiday packages (pricing, itineraries, offers, etc.)
  • Communicate key USPs effectively to travel agents and customers
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
  • Conduct training sessions for travel agents on products and destinations
  • Drive lead generation through the travel agent network
  • Convert leads into bookings by guiding agents/customers
  • Track performance of travel agents and improve conversion rates
  • Build long-term partnerships with new and existing accounts
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and revenue flow

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active revenue-generating travel agent accounts
  • Monthly/quarterly revenue from holiday packages
  • Lead generation and conversion rates
  • Network expansion and engagement levels

Required Skills

  • Willingness to travel and work in a field role
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, email communication, and CRM/Apps
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/business development (travel industry preferred)
  • Understanding of holiday packages, destinations, and travel trends is a plus
