Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst - Configuration Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and is passionate about working with tech products. This role requires high ownership, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. You will be responsible for configuring business journeys on our low-code platform and collaborating closely with engineering, product, QA, and program teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Role & responsibilities:
- Configure business workflows and journeys on the low-code platform using its in-built capabilities.
- Work with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin (basic SQL queries) to support configurations and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Analyze business requirements, validate feasibility, and provide insights on configurations.
- Ensure error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, working with tech teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and work effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Document configuration processes and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of technology trends, especially in AI/ML, cloud, and other emerging tech areas, with the ability to contextualize these trends for business impact

- Knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
