Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Multispecialty Medical Coding Trainer with 5+ years of hands-on coding and training experience. The candidate should have proven expertise in training both freshers and experienced coders across multiple specialties and coding standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver endtoend training on ICD10CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II
• Provide multispecialty coding training (E&M, Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia, Cardiology, Orthopedics, etc.)
• Train fresh graduates on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic coding concepts
• Upskill experienced coders on specialty-specific guidelines, audits, modifiers, and productivity
• Conduct coding assessments, mock tests, and audits
• Develop and update training content as per annual coding guideline changes
• Track trainee performance, accuracy, and improvement metrics
• Support QA and operations teams with retraining and issue resolution
