Job Title: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Fresher | Immediate Joiners

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordination)
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding
• Maintain daily trackers for submissions and interview status

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic MS Excel knowledge is a plus
