Associate (Voice Process | Night Shift, US Hours)
Location: Pune | Band: AA
Graduate with 1+ year experience or Fresher.
CCNA certification is NOT mandatory, but CCNA training knowledge is required.
Good communication & customer handling skills needed.
Basic networking knowledge (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, BGP), MS Office skills, and ability to handle voice calls in a fastpaced environment.
Interview Rounds: HR | Ops | SVAR.

Interview Mode - Virtual

No relocation

Salary:

  • Freshers: 3.5 LPA
  • 1+ Year Experience: 5 LPA
