Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

3-10 years of experience in banking sales or related field (e.g., CASA sales).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of financial products such as deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
