Job Description

We are looking for askilled QA Lead to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in quality assurance and leadership, withexcellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies toensure high-quality software products.
Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providingguidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developmentand product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identifying defectsand implementing fixes.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools likeSelenium or Appium.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices inquality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies,and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the abilityto motivate and guide a team.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium orAppium.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention todetail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizingmultiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles andagile methodologies.
