Job Description
- Handling front desk & reception area.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, admission and billing coordination
- Maintain efficient queue management and minimize waiting times
- Ensure proper handling of appointments, calls, and walk-in inquiries Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth patient flow.
- The Patient Experience & Front Desk staff is responsible for ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and patient-centric experience from entry to exit. This role oversees front office operations, patient interactions, and customer care services, ensuring high standards of hospitality, communication, and service efficiency across all patient area.
Roles and Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Support
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and guide them through hospital processes
- Assist with registration, appointments, and basic inquiries
- Provide clear information about departments, doctors, and services
- Escort or direct patients to the correct locations when needed.
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Handle Cash & patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling (in-person and calls)
- Answer phone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital system
