Facility Management: Overseeing office security, housekeeping services, and ensuring the premises are well-maintained and clean.
Daily Facility Inspection: Conducting daily inspection of office facilities at the start of the day to ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment and facilities
Stock & Inventory Management: Managing inventory for stationery, pantry supplies, and housekeeping items, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and replenished as needed.
Reception Management: Handling front-desk operations, greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing inquiries.
Meeting Room & Courier Coordination: Booking meeting rooms, arranging equipment for meetings, and managing incoming and outgoing courier services.
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinating office repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining a snag list, and ensuring prompt resolutions.
Shifting & Relocation: Managing office shifts, including moving furniture, equipment, and staff, with minimal disruption.
Parking & Pest Control: Overseeing parking management and coordinating pest control services.
Cafeteria & Petty Cash: Supervising cafeteria operations and managing petty cash expenses for minor office-related purchases.
Skill Set :- Basic Excel & must have handled atleast 500+ employees
Work Week :- 5 Days work week as per rotational roaster
