Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Operations to join our team at STARTEK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience with operational planning and budgeting, and the ability to manage resources effectively.
