Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Configure and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows
• Build and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and thirdparty tools
• Develop Service Portal components and custom widgets
• Implement Flow Designer and automate workflows
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and resolve upgrade conflicts
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and business users
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
• Support production issues and rootcause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong handson experience with JavaScript, Glide API
• Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
• Experience with Service Portal and UI Framework
• Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of Access Control (ACL), roles, and security
• Experience with Update Sets and application scopes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
