Job Description
9236Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business
- . Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
- Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.
- Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates. Requirements
- 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process ) Bachelors degree or above
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
