Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.

Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, presenting opportunities and assessing their interest.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as necessary.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate for f2f interviews with the stake holder and the client, aligning with the availability of candidates and interview panel members.
Communicate interview logistics and details to candidates, ensuring a smooth experience

Shift Timing- 09:30 AM-6:30 PM
Working Days- 6 Days
Work Mode- Work from office
