The Assistant Manager Legal (Dispute Management) will manage international dispute cases, oversee legal operations, and ensure compliance with global regulatory and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle dispute management for international clients/accounts
  • Review legal documents related to disputes, claims, and escalations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsels, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely resolution of disputes as per legal and SLA requirements
  • Monitor legal risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and case summaries
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and legal documentation reviews
