Devops Engineer @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloudnative infrastructure using Kubernetes as the primary orchestration platform.
• Architect and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for standardized, repeatable application deployments across environments.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for build, test, security scanning, and deployment automation.
• Embed DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls, vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and secrets management into CI/CD workflows.
• Design cloud infrastructure on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), leveraging managed services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with application and security teams to enable selfservice platforms and developer productivity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform reliability, performance, and cost.
• Enforce best practices for networking, IAM, observability, and disaster recovery in cloud environments
