Regional Manager- Affinity Business @ Mahindra Insurance

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire and manage Affinity Partners, Corporate Accounts, Associations, Institutions
• Generate business across Personal Accident, SME Insurance, Property Insurance, Travel Insurance, and other GI products.
• Drive Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, and Affinity Channel development.
• Achieve premium targets, revenue targets, retention ratios, and crosssell opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end business development: Lead Generation, Partner Onboarding, Proposal Negotiation, Underwriting Coordination.
• Work closely with Insurance Companies for pricing, underwriting approvals, product customization, and claims coordination.
• Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI regulations, policy guidelines, documentation, and audit requirements.
• Prepare MIS, sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Affinity Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Insurance Sales.
• Indepth understanding of GI products (SME, PA, Property, Fire, Engineering).
• Experience working with insurance brokers, GI companies, or corporate GI portfolios.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, account management, communication, and partnerhandling skills.
• Targetdriven, selfmotivated, and capable of handling multiline GI business.
