As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics & data science
projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, allocate project resources, and mitigate risks to achieve
project objectives. You will act as an analytics translator, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring
that data science and engineering solutions align with client needs and objectives. You will be the key point of contact for clients,
providing leadership, strategic guidance, and ensuring the overall success of data science and engineering initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex analytics projects, ensuring alignment with client business value and strategic ROI.
Consultative Problem Solving: Structure ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical work streams and technical requirements.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite clients, translating technical milestones into clear business narratives.
Agile Governance: Orchestrate high-performing teams of data scientists and engineers using Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure rapid prototyping and iterative
delivery.
Resource & Financial Oversight: Manage project P&L, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies typical of high-stakes consulting engagements.Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional Pedigree: At least 7+ years of experience, with a mandatory background in top-tier consulting firms.
Educational Background: MBA or Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Analytical Foundation: Deep understanding of the data lifecycle, including ETL/ELT, predictive modelling, and the operationalization of Generative AI.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Strong hands on with data visualization platforms and insights generation using Power BI/Tableau
Strong Foundation in Python & SQL for data analysis
Understanding of any of the cloud services AWS/Azure/GCP
Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
