Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
  • Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality metrics, and sales conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns for telesales/telemarketing purposes.
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in using software applications such as CRM systems.
