Job Description

• Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for Packaging of EE components
• Extensive design experience of Electrical routings & packagingo Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design)
• Clash analysis, DMU
• Expertise in design of clamps , brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.
• Knowledge of DFMEAoKnowledge o f Info fitment drawing preparation.
• Selection of proper retention items (e.g. retention clips, cable ties, etc.) while 3D model routing.
• Selection of harness coverings (e.g. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, etc.) based on 3D model routing and packaging and surrounding geometry.
