Role & responsibilities

Role Overview: Senior Associate Demand Generation will function as a strategic contributor aligned to a specific Business Unit, owning vertical-focused demand creation, account intelligence, and sales enablement. The role requires deep collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and internal demand generation teams to drive qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own vertical-focused demand generation strategy, including conceptualization and leadership of high-impact initiatives aligned to BU growth priorities.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to design and execute demand programs that enable initiation and expansion of strategic conversations through Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities.
  • Drive account-based demand planning, working with internal demand generation and marketing teams to:
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts
  • Define prospect lists and buying personas
  • Align offerings and solutions per account
  • Establish clear go-to-market (GTM) approaches

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: BE- Any discipline, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Postgraduate (preferably MBA) with at least 5-8 years of experience in Services Solution selling/ Tech Product Selling.
  • Candidate needs to have a very good understanding of the IT industry
  • Excellent communication (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Consulting skills Be able to identify customer problems and come up with solutions
