Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch support to our customers.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products or services.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to effectively support customers.
  • Meet performance metrics such as first call resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.
