- Currently we are present at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bangalore locations.
Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis- State wise, city wise, designation wise.
- Various incentive revision comparison for impact purposes.
- Ramco reports for Improvements - Score Card(weekly), EDB updating, Biomax enrolment, Process Audit score.
- Prepare PL/CL/SL balance for correct leave updation every month before payroll closure.
- Bonus Provision report/Leave ledger report accuracy
- Hard copy Leave applications are available 100% with HROs. Confirmation needs to be taken.
- Comp off report utilised vs. lapsed- monthly Utilisation data, Attrition data, Mandays data, working hours data, Attendance Modification analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Graduate with 3 - 4 Yrs experience in MIS/ Reports generation/ Data preparation.
- Proficient skills- Excel, Macros, pivot, vlookup, conditional formatting, well versed with formulae creation & analytical skills.
