  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for administrative purposes.

Job Requirements :

  • 1.5-4 years of experience in an administrative role or related field.
  • Strong front office skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
