Job Description
Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition ( 6 month Contract) | International
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of international recruitment practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
