About the Role

This role is instrumental in establishing Artize as a premier luxury brand across India. This involves market development in both retail and project sectors, cultivating and expanding relationships with key influencers and specifiers, and leading a field team to achieve significant revenue growth by converting A+ and A influencers to the Artize brand. The role demands strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and the ability to drive market penetration and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Positioning and Market Development
    • Position Artize as the premier luxury brand across India
    • Develop and create markets for Artize in both retail and project segments
  2. Revenue Generation
    • Be responsible for total revenue target for the respective territory
    • Drive revenue by converting A+ and A influencers to the Artize brand
    • Ensure architects generate business leads for dealers, builders, and customers
  3. Influencer and Specifier Management
    • Add and develop new influencer/specifier accounts for Artize
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with top architects and interior designers across India
    • Ensure key decision makers, architects, specifiers, contractors, and builders understand Artize's luxury positioning
  4. Team Leadership and Technical Support
    • Manage and provide leadership and technical support to the team members
    • Motivate and develop team members to achieve maximum productivity
    • Ensure daily DCR (Daily Call Report) submissions by team members and review own as well as teams report regularly
  5. Customer Education and Product Promotion
    • Ensure the team educates customers about the luxury positioning of Artize
    • Introduce and promote new Artize products to architects
    • Keep architects and key decision makers updated on new product developments and significant company achievements
  6. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Coordinate with team members to follow up on architect leads and close the loop
    • Provide necessary technical and administrative support to the team across India
  7. Resource Management and Support
    • Ensure availability of the latest company collaterals, literature, CDs, technical details, and other information tools to architects
    • Share company presentations and modules to enhance architects' knowledge
  8. Event Participation and Market Insight
    • Participate in exhibitions and events to stay updated on market trends, gain industry knowledge, and expand professional contacts
    • Organize Jaquar International Headquarters and plant visits for architects and key decision makers
  9. Service and Assistance
    • Address specific queries, services, and provide assistance to architects and key decision makers regarding Artize products and services

  • Prior experience in selling luxury/high-end products
  • Extensive personal contacts with A+/A architects across India
  • Expertise in creating brand presence and visibility
  • Experience in concept selling rather than product selling
  • Strong business development and ground working capabilities
  • Ability to identify and act on leads and cues from various sources
  • Capability to establish and maintain a wide network of resources
  • Effective follow-up skills and knowledge of competitor mapping
  • Experience in coordinating at various levels and driving effective result delivery

Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree
