Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced STIBO STEP MDM TechnoFunctional Consultant to lead endtoend MDM implementations, define solution architecture, and guide teams on complex technical deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of STIBO STEP MDM solutions
• Work on CMDM, SMDM, and MultiDomain MDM implementations
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Act as technical lead to resolve complex issues and guide development teams
• Define solution approach, ensure best practices, and support delivery
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure highquality outcomes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of handson experience in STIBO STEP MDM
• Strong expertise in:
• STEP system setup, user groups & privileges
• STEP data modeling (Attributes, Attribute Groups, Data Containers, References)
• Web UI configuration (Search screens, Subscreens, Popups)
• STEP workflows and global business rules (JavaScript / Rhino scripting)
• Experience in integrations using SOAP, REST, and IDOC (Inbound / Outbound / Gateway)
• Knowledge of:
• Bulk data updates, Export/Import configurations
• XSL transformations, STEP XML
• Golden Record matching & linking
• STEP APIs and Extension APIs
• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
