Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trainer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality training sessions to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey complex information effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote learning and development.
Create engaging content, including videos, manuals, and online courses.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends.
Manage logistics, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and equipment setup.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Proficiency in using technology for training purposes, including e-learning platforms and social media.
