Role & responsibilities

Strong sales and relationship management skills
Good understanding of retail banking products (CASA, deposits, loans)
Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of compliance, KYC, and AML norms

Preferred candidate profile

Local market knowledge is an advantage
Proven track record in branch sales and customer management
Comfortable working with targets and business metrics
MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing (preferred)
