Job description UK Travel Sales
We need only those candidate's M/F who has exp with UK Travel process - Only Voice Profile candidates should apply.
- Good communication skills mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of the GDS system (Amadeus/ Sabre/Galileo).
- Minimum 1-year experience in international Travel Sales Process (Voice Process).
- Handling inbound sales calls from UK Customers.
- Helping customers with Travel planning, Travel advice, and information.
- Efficient in client handling with their end-to-end travel requirements: Air reservation, Ticketing, Exchange, cancellation, Hotel, Travel Insurance, Holiday Packages, etc.)
- Follow-ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Exceeding monthly Sales target every month while maintaining quality
- Strong Communication and sales skills.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shift.
- Geography Knowledge.
- Candidate should be ok for wfo & Gurgaon Location.
