Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Visit the market daily and onboard used car dealers in the assigned territory.
• Generate used car loan leads through onboarded dealers and maintain a steady pipeline of quality loan files.
• Collect and submit complete loan documentation (KYC, income proof, RC, insurance, CIBIL details, etc.) to ensure faster approvals and disbursements.
• Educate dealers on company products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and process flow to improve conversions.
• Achieve monthly targets for dealer onboarding, file sourcing, approvals, and disbursements.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with dealers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely disbursals.
• Resolve dealer queries and remove bottlenecks to improve TAT and conversion rates.
• Track competitor activities and market trends, and share relevant feedback with the team.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Graduate/Undergraduate with 1-4 years of experience in field sales with an NBFC, bank, or finance company (auto/used car loans preferred).
• Basic understanding of CIBIL, eligibility criteria, and loan approval process.
• Knowledge of KYC, income documents, RC verification, insurance, and other loan documentation.
• Experience in dealer onboarding and relationship management.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with loan CRM systems, mobile apps, and digital reporting tools.
