Client is expanding aggressively within the Generative AI space and requires a Growth Recruiter who can deliver hiring at client.
This role is built around numbers, throughput, and execution.
The primary mandate is to design and run processes that onboard high volume freelance contributors across India to train and evaluate leading AI models.
This is an execution heavy role centered on mass hiring, structured campus engagement, and consistent high volume output.
The expectation is clear, build pipelines, move candidates quickly, and close in bulk.

Interviews will focus strictly on measurable outcomes such as number of hires per month, funnel conversion rates, time to hire, and mass hiring initiatives.
Freelance hiring experience at clientwill be treated as a major advantage.
Core Focus Areas Mass Hiring at client
Own and execute high volume recruitment across Coding, Mathematics, and STEM domains.
Deliver bulk freelance onboarding through structured funnels and standardized screening processes.
Campus Placements
Drive partnerships and hiring programs across Tier 1 colleges in India. Run structured campus campaigns, placement drives, and bulk fresher intake programs with clear numerical targets.
Volume Driven Freelance Hiring
Build repeatable systems to recruit large pools of freelance engineers and technical contributors. Experience in gig, marketplace, or on demand models is highly preferred.
Funnel Management and Metrics
Track every stage of the recruitment funnel. Optimize sourcing volume, screening throughput, assessment completion, and offer conversion.
Interviews will focus on your historical numbers and ability to sustain high hiring velocity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mass recruitment campaigns for freelance Coding and STEM roles with aggressive hiring targets
Execute campus hiring drives with Tier 1 colleges across India
Source at clientthrough LinkedIn and other high yield channels
Administer online technical assessments such as HackerRank or Codility to process candidates efficiently
Partner with hiring managers to forecast demand and plan volume hiring cycles
Build and maintain large, active talent pools to support recurring hirinig waves
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with clear exposure to mass hiring
Proven record of high volume freelance hiring
Strong campus placement experience with Tier 1 colleges in India
Deep expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and bulk outreach strategies
Experience managing technical assessments as client
Strong command of written and spoken English
Background in operations driven or marketplace business models is preferred
