Meet the Team
Join the vibrant Finance team in Bangalore! You will collaborate with professionals from Center of Excellence and CX Finance. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment, focused on mentorship and collaborative learning.
Your Impact
As a Finance Analyst Trainee, you will gain practical experience in building impactful dashboards, understanding Cisco's business operations, participating in the month-end close process, and assisting with the consolidation of statutory accounts. You will develop key skills in financial analysis, reporting, and contribute to the teams overall success. This is a 12-month apprenticeship program including on-the-job and classroom-based training. You will also have the opportunity to learn new reporting tools like Power BI and FinBO.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in finance and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • You should have Bachelor s degree in Accounts / Finance with no active backlogs.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Good communication skills, passion desire to learn, Can do attitude,
  • proactive engagement, solutions seeking a team player.
  • Must have graduated in 2025/2026 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)
  • Must be available for a period of 12 months starting September 2026
