Business Development Manager (BDM): As a BDM, you will be the face of Cashify in the local retail ecosystem. You will be responsible for expanding our sourcing network, managing retail partnerships, and ensuring Cashify remains the preferred choice for smartphone buybacks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion: Onboard new retail partners and maintain a robust pipeline of smartphone dealers.
2. Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network to build long-term, trust-based relationships with local shop owners.
3. Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly retail acquisition and
sourcing targets.
Candidate Criteria:
Experience: Proven track record in the local smartphone retail market.
Network: Strong existing relationships with mobile retail shop owners in your city.
Persona: Young, dynamic, and highly proactive.
Age: Up to 40 years.
Communication: Fluent in the local language and Hindi/English.
