Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, from requisition tracking to candidate joining
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve speed and quality of hiring
- Coordinate interviews, drive feedback loops, and ensure timely closures
- Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (tech + non-tech hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment simultaneously
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Structured thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrates high ownership and accountability in day-to-day work
- Ability to prioritize effectively and execute with speed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through on tasks
