Job role -

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for international requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Experience in domestic IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and work on international hiring
