Role & responsibilities - Spinny is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team!
If you have strong experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar hiring, and volume recruitment, this opportunity is for you. Role: TA / Sr. TA Executive (Tamil + Malayalam Speaking Recruiters)
Location: Gurugram, Sector 48
Experience: Minimum 1+ Years Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring roles
-Drive blue-collar workforce hiring across multiple locations
-Handle large-scale sourcing through job portals, references, and vendor coordination
-Conduct screening, interviews, and offer roll-outs
-Maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships
