 Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Location- Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR


Field Sales (Primary Responsibility)

  • Identify and meet property owners, builders, and real estate agents in assigned territories
  • Onboard new properties/listings onto the Properties.market platform
  • Pitch platform benefits, pricing plans, and value propositions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals / subscription packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct site visits and verify property details

Marketing (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Execute on-ground marketing activities (canopy campaigns, flyers, events, broker meets)
  • Promote brand visibility in key localities
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns
  • Collect market intelligence (pricing trends, competitor activities)
  • Support promotional campaigns and launches

Key Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years (Real Estate / Field Sales / Direct Sales preferred)
  • Strong local area knowledge and networking ability
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
