Knowledge of PHP/MEAN/MERN

Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).

Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation through completion .

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role .

Proven experience working with UK/AUS/US based business teams.

Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies .

Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Technical Understanding: Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and understand how system dependencies affect project outcomes.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact.

Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources along with cross business unit teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Quality and Delivery Assurance: Ensure technical deliverables meet defined requirements, compliance, and performance standards.

Process Improvement: Drive consistency in project management practices and identify opportunities to optimize delivery efficiency.

Leads :- Gather Requirements, Share Proposal with the clients, along with Technical Architecture.
