Job Description

Role & responsibilities


We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who will lead and execute our digital growth initiatives across SEO, performance marketing, eCommerce campaigns, CRM, and AI-driven marketing tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scaling digital channels, driving qualified leads and revenue, and leveraging automation and AI to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to work closely with product, sales, and design teams.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, email, social, and marketplaces.
  • Own lead generation and revenue growth metrics across digital channels.
  • Optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels for higher engagement and ROI.
  • eCommerce & SEO
  • Drive eCommerce growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Manage product page SEO, category SEO, and CRO for eCommerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento or similar).
  • Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Plan media budgets, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Build and execute email marketing, drip campaigns, and lifecycle automation.
  • Align marketing automation with sales pipelines and customer segmentation.
  • AI & Marketing Technology
  • Leverage AI tools for marketing such as content generation, campaign optimization, predictive analytics, and personalization.
  • Use AI-driven platforms for SEO, ads optimization, lead scoring, and customer insights.
  • Continuously explore and implement new MarTech and AI solutions to improve productivity and performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CPL,CAC, ROAS, MQLs and revenue.
  • Build dashboards and insights using GA4, Looker Studio, CRM reports, and BI tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
