Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Analyze existing designs and develop improved or new designs.

2. Conceptualize and design various types of equipment.

3. Create 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks software.

4. Prepare detailed manufacturing and pre-machining drawings.

5. Conduct research and analysis for new projects.

6. Generate product codes for tracking coating processes.

7. Interpret customer drawings and specifications.

8. Calculate total coating area, estimate coating cost, and determine process time based on area.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in SolidWorks software.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical components and fabrication.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of coating processes and cost estimation will be an added advantage

Education & Experience

BE Mech/diploma

2-3 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry.

Technically sound with hands-on design experience.
